With more than 40 years of experience in the High Risk Industry, ColeXpert Network can offer you a wide range of services to efficiently manage your business. We can also develop your career as a High Risk worker in Construction, Mining, Oil and Gas industry. Knowledge, competency and training are the keys to avoiding incidents and accidents onsite, especially regarding specialized and dangerous functions that require a certain level of safety and experience.

This network has two main roles. First, to help companies find specialized labour that meets the requirements of their operations by engaging certified and experienced professionals that are available from us. Thanks to our experience, we are also able to organize on site inspections to assess workers from different position via VOC (Verification of Competencies), such as Rigging, Dogging, Scaffolding and Crane Operator (major cranes). We also offer workers the possibility to expand their knowledge through training (theoretical and practical). Furthermore, we give them the opportunity to obtain jobs with our clients.
