Client Obligation

The client shall contact ColeXpert should it wish to re-engage any operative supplied by ColeXpert.

Where an offer of permanent employment is made directly to an operative within 3 months of introduction of that operative to the client, the client shall pay to ColeXpert the current placement fee.

How do I register with ColeXpert?

You can register with ColeXpert in any of the following ways which suit your circumstances.

  1. Apply with your resume online
  2. Visit our offices between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and register
What happens after I have registered?

Your resume and details will be placed in the ColeXpert network and we will endeavour to match your skills with current vacancies. Your details will be retained indefinitely in the ColeXpert Network unless requested otherwise.

If I work for ColeXpert through labour hire, how does your pay system work?

Our payroll is run each Thursday for hours worked the previous Monday - Sunday. Timesheets must be received by Tuesday for Thursday payroll.

If I live interstate, will ColeXpert still employ me?

Absolutely, If your skills match the job requirements, then your location does not matter. It must be understood that all transport costs to and from WA are at the employees own cost.

What is a MARCSTA and where can I obtain one?

MARCSTA is a generic safety induction specifically for the WA mining industry. The course is completed in a half day classroom based session. Visit our links section for Aveling for further information.

What is a Blue / White Card and where can I obtain one?

The Blue/White Card is a WA safety induction for personnel working in the construction industry. The course can be completed online in 1-2 hours. Visit our website for Training.

What driver's license do I need for mining work?

Most organisations in the Mining industry require a Heavy Rigid Truck Licence (HR Driver's Licence).
